If you order before 2pm(Monday - Friday), your item(s) will usually be dispatched the same day.
All orders placed after 2pm may be disptached the next working day. For example, if you place an order at 3pm on Friday, your dispatch date will be Monday.
We do not dispatch orders on Bank Holidays or weekends.
If your order is selected for an anti-fraud review, dispatch may be delayed by up to 1 working day.

Delivery Tracking & Notifications
You can track your order and arrange re-delivery or collection from a depot using the tracking number that you should receive via email once your item is dispatched.
If you enter a valid mobile number at checkout, you should recieve a text message notification for your delivery on the expected date of delivery.
We currently only take orders from and deliver to the United Kingdom (Mainland and Scottish Highlands), Ireland, Northern Island, Jersey & Guernsey.
You have 30 days from the date in which your product has been delivered to return it.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition, unused with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
For pre-owned e-scooters and e-bikes, the product must be returned with the same odometer mileage and in the same condition that is was sent, with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
