Workshop Bookings and Cancellation Policy

COVID-19 PREVENTION

You are required to wear a face mask whilst on-site unless you are medically exempt. 

Our workshop staff have the right to refuse service to anyone refusing to wear a mask without a medical exemption. If you are medically exempt from wearing a mask and exhibit any of the known symptoms of COVID-19, you may be politely asked to leave.

You will be unable to wait inside the workshop whist your e-scooter/e-bike is being worked on in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

To secure an appointment, full payment or a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The amount will depend on the requested service. 

LATE ARRIVAL

In order to respect the time of both our customers and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be imposed with a £10 fee or your appointment may be cancelled if it cannot be completed by our staff within the remaining time slot.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION

Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our staff and other customers who may wish to make a booking. Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

FREQUENTLY MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Customers who have previously missed 3 or more appointments may politely be refused future service.

VALUABLES

Always ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our workshop staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly or intoxicated.
