Bought a couple of these for me and the wife and I can honestly say they are brilliant fun and very well made. Couple of minor issues, when folded the handlebar doesn't fold as close as it could due to the speed controller resting on the top of the forks, also the clip on lights underneath the saddles both snapped a lug on one side on installing. Decided to change the saddles anyway as I'm not sure who's backside they were designed to fit but they were obviously not human!! I can forgive these minor issues as they really are a great bit of kit, especially after doing the trick shown on YouTube!

Ordered Fiido M21 from Vive Scooters UK, delivered the next day.

Torque sensor is fantastic and makes assistance feel more natural than my previous bike the Fiido D4S. Front and rear suspension along with the "Fat" tyres also makes journeys much more comfortable.

Up-to two years warranty on certain parts, overall a great ebike for the price.

These guys deserve 5*. There was a delay to the delivery but the bike if brilliant!

Hi thank you for fulfilling my orders my first purchase was the D4S the only problem is the bell doesn’t work after the second day of having the electric bike. But I am still happy with my D4S solid bike. I also purchased the L3 electric bike not to long ago the L3 bike is a bit noisy though but I am happy still with both bikes. I am sure I will purchase another bike soon if there is a new exciting bike coming out for 2022 I love this brand Fiido thank you so much i am much appreciated please update me for future news of new electric folding bikes coming out in the near future.

Just like to thank Vive Scooters for top service and fast delivery of this Fiido D21, its a cracking little bike! We didnt delay in adding a couple of mods, such as a rear rack, relocated the auxiliary tail light, phone and bottle holder, and a couple more funky mods to come. My girlfriend really enjoys cycling it to the horse tard 10km each way twice a day, and in a comparible time to taking the car. We especially like how it doesnt obviously look like an electric bike and how it tackles those climbs that will leave you a little worn out, overtaking lycra clad road cyclists. The only one downside is the display, unfortunately it doesnt have the functionality of the older D11 with odometer and ability to change wheel diameter. For our current use it doesnt affect us too much though. Thanks Vive for facilitating us getting hold of this little gem!

Excellent bike. Solid. Be nice to have some suspension on the bike but the service from Vive Scooters to get it to me on the promised delivery date was exemplary and much appreciated.
I can highly recommend Vive Scooters and the e bike for its price to performance ratio is 5 star...it punches above its cost IMHO and is a great starter bike

I bought a derestricted d4s Vive edition through my company's cycle to work scheme. I had been about to buy (and had tested) a far more expensive Mii-rider £1500 bike but some reviews online said "just save money and get a d4S". I watched some reviews and decided it seemed to fit my needs.

Cycle to Work scheme slowed down the order process painfully, but it arrived Tuesday. Very easy to 'part assemble'; the free mudguards have no instructions but there was a tutorial on youtube so that was easy enough.

Road test - I have tried the bike on the same route on both de-restricted and restricted speed and have some useful speed data from GPS app (not bike speedo):
THROTTLE ONLY
De-restricted: 22.7mph max on straight flat well surfaced road (impressive at 6'2 and 110kg)
Restricted: 14.1mph on flat straight road (speedometer said 15mph and limiter kicked in - speedometers always overead)
It's a very comfortable bike. It's not light and it's not impossibly heavy: weight is fine for jumping on and off bus or train and a flight of stairs but I would't want to carry it further.
Shimano gears are accurate and a useful range for uphill/downhill
Folding mechanism is stiff but intuitive. It doesnt fold as flat as a Brompton but wil work well for buses and trains or beside desk.
Brakes (hydraulic on Vive edition) are SUPERB - great reliable stopping power.
Build quality is high - feels reassuringly solid - no rattles or instability.
Ride quality far better on the 20" inch wheels than on the Mii-rider 16". No suspension but comfy saddle absorbs jolts.

Highly recommended as the best value for money fast, folding ebike.
